Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Craftoria account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact to avoid any processing delays.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
